收到个删帖请求，怎么搞？

文章内容是一个女优的图片（无露）和作品列表
要求删帖的不是当事人，查了下是个所谓的公益组织
这TM随便来个人以DMCA的名义，想删就得给删了吗？

这个邮件和DMCA也没一点鸡毛关系，DMCA的邮件一般至少会提到对方权利所在的地址，网页，图片，或者视频，也就是原地址。这个邮件就发了几个我网站的URL，就说我侵权了，让删除。
辽宁网友:主要看你主机商是不是要求你删除了，有的主机商就是怕这种有的没的投诉，最好换一家。
