BBR手动开启和检验

开启方法：
echo net.core.default_qdisc=fq >> /etc/sysctl.confecho net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control=bbr >> /etc/sysctl.confsysctl -p
检查是否成功：
sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_available_congestion_control
若显示：sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_available_congestion_controlnet.ipv4.tcp_available_congestion_control = bbr cubic reno
表示开启成功。

或执行 ，lsmod | grep bbr   检测 BBR 是否开启。
