学英文啦，大佬帮忙看看，这些要求是不是选做就行？

客服应该也是好心，我看是提供了多种方案，不是需要全做吧这些？主要是小鸡转手比较快，而且国内本身拨号上网就没有固定ip，再加上有的大佬上网喜欢开代理，那ip我还真不太拿得准。已经发给他两个ip了，目前还在等上家的上家看看能否问到当时的付款地址。就是改vir邮箱客服提的要求。
