因为我Oracle被封了，然后，我登录进去之后，又成功创建了一台日本JJ
下面是被封邮件

然后今天收到这样的一封邮件

As part of our continued efforts to improve Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and services, we will be conducting a planned maintenance activity during the window below. This maintenance activity will allow support for upcoming new security functionality including Access Control Lists for VCN OCIDs. The networking components of Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) may experience a period of degraded performance for 15-30 minutes within the maintenance window.

How will this affect my service?
During your maintenance window, you may experience intermittent connection drops to your ADW or ATP services. Immediate reconnection will be possible upon retry. Your databases will not be affected by this maintenance activity.
