aria2 下载出错求助

求问，装了aria2，加载种子后直接报错，提示errors occurred while binding port, 如何解决？

网上搜的配置文件，搭建没问题
青海网友:前面说不是端口问题，所以我也不知道咋弄了。。你可以看看6800端口被什么程序占着。
